Short sleeve t shirts in lightweight, breathable athletic attire as well as shorts and tennis shoes are ideal for hot weather riding. A high quality sunscreen is also recommended – SPF 30 or higher. A lightweight windbreaker is recommended in early Spring or early Fall, as well as clothing you may layer, like an onion, adding or removing layers as necessary.
Bike gloves for a safe, shock absorbent and firm grip on the handlebars.
Cycling shorts and jerseys are recommended for maximum comfort and safety whilst riding. Cycling shorts allow you to pedal more miles in absolute comfort and freedom.
Helmets are required on all of our rides, and we provide them free of charge. In addition, we recommend wearing sunglasses to protect your eyes from the elements: sun, wind, or insects.

The pro level cycling top is extremely lightweight, perforated, produced with five different textiles, including carbon fibre – allowing both excellent fit and comfort.
The bib shorts are made from an incredibly comfortable and breathable perforated material, which is also very elastic, assuring for a perfect fit ! The bib part is produced in a perforated, lightweight and very comfortable polypropeline, just like some of the best base layers available on the market today. The cycling pad insert is extremely comfortable, and was developed for medium length distances, approximately 4-5 hours in the saddle. Once you slip this cycling kit on, you may never wish to take it off.
